KR4 Aluminium Swinging Arm.
In 2024, Team Key Racing secured the first and fastest win by a Ducati 916 around the Isle of Man TT course.
The KR4 arm was fundamental in the team’s success. Learning from the results of many hours of metallurgical and track testing, this new arm has been internally modified to add additional rigidity and is now sand cast from the same aerospace aluminium used in aircraft undercarriage and other structural aerospace applications. The arms are then “TF” Heat treated before 5 Axis CAD machining ensures its period correct and accurate physical dimensions.
This arm is fitted and will be used in our New 2025 Ducati 916 Classic TT F1 Superbike racers.

Each arm is serial, and date numbered for traceability in machining, casting and heat treatment, all to British Standards.
